With so many great Myrtle Beach hotels and resorts to pick from, it's easy to be choosy and get the accommodations with the exact combination of hotel amenities, location and pricing that will make for your ultimate vacation getaway.
Here's how to find what you're looking for:
What's your 'must-have' feature? A hot tub? Indoor pool? A Kids' club for a few hours of quiet time away from the little ones? If you know what you want, make sure you get it!
Choose your amenities on the right-hand side of the page. You can select as many or as few as you need. As you make your selections, you'll see the hotels that meet your criteria.
Price is often one of the most important factors in choosing a hotel.
You can view prices for most of the hotels right here. You can also sort by price — either low to high or high to low — by using the sort button on the right. Keep in mind a few things about price:
1. Average Prices: The price shown is an average based on upcoming available rooms. If you're researching far ahead of your travel date, you may be seeing a higher price than you would pay for your trip.
2. Room types: A high price may also indicate that only more expensive room types — i.e. a 4-bedroom suite — are available in the near future, which can bump up the price.
3. Bottom line: Use our prices as a guide, but when you're ready to learn more about a particular hotel, hit the "Visit website" button to find the most accurate (and lowest) price.

Candid reviews from previous visitors are a great way to learn more about the hotel you're considering.
If finding top-rated accommodations is a top priority for you, start your search by choosing your preferred rating(s) on the right side of the page. Now you're only seeing the hotels with the ratings you want!
If you'd like to see what past visitors have to say about a particular hotel, click on the start rating to read all the user reviews. These reviews can be a great way to get to know a hotel through the eyes of those who've stayed there.
However, it's best to take reviews with a grain of salt and only part of the entire decision making process. Often times, an isolated incident will lead to a negative review even when it's not likely to happen to future visitors (i.e. a loud party in an adjacent room or a problem with a fellow guest). We've even seen bad weather lead to a bad review of a property!
After your stay, don't forget to leave your own review. Your feedback can help future visitors find a great place at the beach!
When Myrtle Beach visitors talk about "location," they're usually asking one of two things: Is it oceanfront? or Which beach is it on?
The oceanfront question is an easy one. Most of the hotels on MyrtleBeach.com are oceanfront.
If you want to make sure a hotel you're considering is on the ocean, click "View profile" and then check out the "Map view" in the bottom left-hand corner of the photo.
As long as the red marker is next to that big blue body of water, you're good to go!
As far as the beaches go, first-time visitors may be surprised to know that what most visitors refer to as "Myrtle Beach" is actually the Grand Strand, a collection of beaches along the S.C. coast.
As people get to know our area better, they grow attached to one particular area: Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, or the southern beaches, including Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet.
The surrounding beaches also house many cool things to see and places to eat as well, and they're just a short drive away.
As you visit the area again and again — as we know you will — you'll learn where your favorite spot is.

"Loved Hotel Blue!" - Michael Milkiewicz (5 stars)
My stay at Hotel Blue was great. The room was an ocean front efficiency with newer appliances. Loved the location not far from the boardwalk. I had a rental car, based on location I would recommend this hotel even if I didn't have a car because of the available places not only on Ocean Blvd., but could be walked to on Kings Hwy.

Very nice place! I have stayed there 3 times and the rooms are beautiful and they have a great lazy river. The older man that cleans the pools and cleans up does a excellent job! I have been going to MB for many years & I have never been to a resort where they keep the pool area so clean & make sure the rules are followed!

"Not fancy, but wonderful hotel" - Nedra p (5 stars)
Everything from check in, service (for towels) when needed, to our check out date was WONDERFUL! We had the most relaxing time! Windsurfer while not a fancy resort (and perhaps could use some updates with appliances & add a few essentials in the kitchenette)for the most part we had everything we needed and could ask for and near our favorite Pier and short walk to Main Myrtle. While we did have to park in the overflow across the street, we didn't find that to be any problems. The views of the sunrise from our balcony-SUPER! OVERALL: IT WAS AWESOME!

"Love the Boardwalk" - Kim Beasley (5 stars)
My family has stayed here on a number of occasions and always have a good time. The Boardwalk Beach Resort is an ideal place to stay if you want to stay in the heart of Myrtle Beach. The staff there is friendly and any time we had an issue or concern with our room they were quick to respond.
"We LOVE Breakers!" - Nina Billadello Florio (5 stars)
My husband and I have stayed at Breakers 4 (5?) times. We go "off" season - late winter, and late summer, to avoid the crowds of MB and also the room rates go waaaay down. . We LOVE Breakers !! The rooms are spacious and CLEAN ! The pools, and there's LOTS of 'em - are CLEAN ! I don't need anything fancy but CLEAN is important to me, as you can see. The kitchen has everything you cuold need. We bring our own food to save money and we really don't want to bother eating out. The staff is friendly and helpful. The outdoor area is very spacious. Breakers is an easy walk to the Boardwalk, shopping, and (if we wanted to) restaurants. An easy 90-min. drive from our home! I definitely recommend this hotel and rate it a "5". No negatives in my opinion.
"Room was great, weather stunk!" - amanda hice (5 stars)

"greatest place to stay on the beach fun in the sun!!!!!" - MyrtleBeach.com User (5 stars)
We have stayed there twice now and loved it each time. Clean, oceanfront rooms, quite, most pleasant people working there and staying there. The first time we stayed in the 2 bedroom condo it had everything you needed was like being at home with a housekeeper then 2 weeks ago we stayed in a large hotel suite it was large enough to sleep 8 comfortably. We get the best price and it really is the best place to stay. You are close to everything but you don't have the loud noise that is close to the eyewheel that looks out at the city, which is great to walk around but go back to the hotel and have the greatest restaurants real close. If you go there you really need to go to the Pink Flamingos restaurant was the greatest! I give Carolinawinds 10 stars but I think they only count 5! We will be back soon.
Kids love water, and it's usually the reason you decide to come to Myrtle Beach in the first place. Indoor water features at a particular ... Read more
"One of best vacations ever!" - Steve W (5 stars)
Although very pleased with the room (2 beds), was disappointed that there was a mix up when reserving thru Book It. We thought we were getting a 2 room suite, which is what we wanted due to having our 27 yr old son vacationing with us. No 2 BR suites were available due to it being Labor Day week, unless we swapped rooms multiple times (mid-week) which wasn't worth it to us. Love the pools, poolside bar, buffet breakfast, and ocean view cafe. This made it convenient to eat breakfast & lunch without leaving the hotel. We have been vacationing at MB every year since our son was born 27 yrs ago! Often times 2-3 times per year...please keep us in mind for discounts since we are frequent patrons! Used to stay at Crown Reef every year but last couple of years it has been needing updates so we stopped going there.
"Love this place" - MyrtleBeach.com User (5 stars)
We have been visiting Myrtle Beach for 23 years and have stayed ONLY at The Coral Beach. That should be enough in itself. The place is perfect. It's centrally located, has all the amenities you could possibly need and a pool deck area like no other hotel that I've seen. We will be down in September for year #24. Can't wait.
"My great beach vacation!" - Kristina S (5 stars)
This was my second trip to Myrtle Beach and stay at Crown Reef. Love the quiet location. Everything was clean, the staff was fantastic, friendly, and always helpful. Loved sitting by the pool and enjoyed the pool bar's afternoon happy hour. Even went parasailing right out front of the hotel. Definitely will be back and stay at The Crown Reef again.
"Our favorite place in Myrtle Beach!" - lowanda s (5 stars)
clean, not too noisy, love the oceanfront lawn!, convenient location, rates not bad after labor day, our fave place to stay
"Another great stay!" - L. Dwayne Sudduth (5 stars)
WOW... just when I thought my expectations from my previous visit could not be surpassed, once more they were. We checked in Saturday night, October 13 2012 for 7 nights. When we got to the room, we noticed that the door had hit the wall prior to us coming in and managed to knock a hole in the drywall; there was a tile knocked off from the baseboard behind the door; and the bathroom door had a bit of damage to the bottom. I reported them to the desk and the next day I took some photos and stopped at the desk. I spoke with the Manager, Adam (not that these were show-stoppers by any means) and he promised they would be resolved by the end of the day. My wife and left to go to church and when we came back, we found they had indeed been addressed. Adam and the Food and Beverage manager ran into me as I was heading down to the Captains Cafe for a drink; and Adam inquired about the repairs. I let him know they had been completed as he said they would be and he thanked me. We chatted a few more times during our stay as he ran into me running about the resort. We never had a single problem with housekeeping; my wife and I are not messy people anyway, so there was actually very little for them to do in our rooms, but it was always done when we were away and they never knocked or called when we had the 'Privacy' card in the lock; as I've experienced other places. They did a make-over on day four, like the brochure says they do, no problem there either. The pools were great, the one in front of the Palmetto Tower is not heated and is chilly, but then this is October and night air temps were in the low 50's all week we were there; and I think colder with some rain the week before. Both the Lazy River and the Pool by the Palms Tower are heated, as are the indoor pools. I'm not a big ocean swimmer, but I did get my feet wet searching for Sand Fleas and shells on the beach and it would have been warm enough to get in and swim if you want. Many people were. Love the cozy bar in the resort too. Drink prices are comparable to what I pay where I live; so you're not being charged a premium because this is a 'resort'. All-in-All, this was another great week at Dunes Village. My wife and I won't stay anywhere else. Dunes Village gets a '5' from us. This was our third visit and it did not disappoint us. We will be back in the fall.

"Awesome time with family at the beach!" - Bill C (5 stars)
Me, my girlfriend, and our four kids combined, went to Myrtle for a soccer tournament. The hotel was very nice, especially with all the pools to choose from. Rooms and eating establishments nice and clean. My only \"complaint\" would be that, for the price of the breakfast buffet, could use more to choose from.
"Very nice hotel" - Jane M (5 stars)
Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast included, right on the beach. While the hotel was very nice, we are not likely to return to Myrtle Beach. The "boardwalk" is a joke - and very expensive to park to see nothing. We had to drive to get everywhere and most places were a long drive. Very disappointed in MB
"Loved the Boardwalk location!" - brenda s (5 stars)
It was a one night getaway with my husband. We loved the walking distance to everything. The boardwalk is awesome!!! Wish we could go again soon.

I'm sorry to say, that today we had to leave the Holiday Sands to return home. We got there early thursday morning, but the staff was wonderful the gave us a room that was ready and had a small problem with the smoke alarm that kept going off but the staff fixed it right away. The rest of the trip was great. We would recommend this hotel to every one. Clean rooms, great staff and in walking distance to everything on the boardwalk. We will stay here again and again. All ready thinking about our next trip. Thank You Holiday Sands for the great time The Woods family
