I loved my stay here.
I stayed at the Caribbean Resort and Villas in August of 2003. I absolutely loved my stay here. It was my first time ever visiting Myrtle Beach. I went with my then fiance (now)husband, my mom, my aunt, my cousins and by brothers in law. It was a fifteen hour drive for us, but well worth it. I wish I could go back and take me kids with for them to experience Myrtle Beach and how beautiful it is.

This is one of our favorite resorts to stay at in Myrtle Beach. We haven't been able to stay there in a couple of years because of the rates, but we still love it!! It is fun with the water slide and the kids love the silly submarine. The 3 bedroom ocean front rooms were always nice and a great view!!

Best for Families
We stayed at the Caribbean over New Years and we loved it. We chose the Caribbean because we had a 3 year old, 10 year old and a 16 year travelling with us and they had an indoor water park. The amenities there were amazing. We spent hours at the water slides, in the indoor pools and at the arcade. The food that was offered was also amazing. The 3 year old is constantly asking us to go back to stay at the "Princess" hotel. He absolutely loved it. We were actually able to get him in the pool there, as he was scared of the pool before going there.

Great Place to Stay
My wife and I spent Dec. 2017 and January 2018 in a (3) BR/(2) Bath condo in the Cayman Tower. All of our kids and grand kids visited over the Christmas holidays. My very favorite Resort in Myrtle Brach, SC
After visiting Myrtle Beach for the past sixty years, and staying in approximately thirty hotels there, I feel qualified to write you about my favorite one of all. For the past ten years or perhaps longer, I only want to stay at the Caribbean Resort and Villas. From the Reservation Agents to the Registration Staff, courtesy, professionalism and helpfulness are always what will be found. Each of the rooms/suites are well appointed and clean. The cleaning staff have been working there for many years and will treat everyone as family. The gentlemen who help bring luggage to the rooms/suites provide a wonderful service whether unloading your vehicle or reloading it at the conclusion of your visit. Before my husband passed, he and I came there at least four times a year, relaxed, golfed, and truly enjoyed the beautiful views, the lovely ocean and the comfortable suites. Of course the indoor pools, the lazy rivers as well as the outdoor versions, plus the hot tubs, etc. are great fun. In addition my favorite restaurant, The Sea Captain's House serves delicious foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is located next door to the lovely rooms/suites of the Caribbean. Each visit to this delightful hotel is better than the last and although I am never ready to leave, I feel relaxed and happy when my reservation is over, I am anxious for my next visit to this wonderful place. I have recommended this resort to many friends and family and they echo my feelings at the conclusion of their visits. No other place at Myrtle Beach has ever made my friends and me as happy, as pampered or as relaxed. Regardless of age, the Caribbean will make everyone delighted and feel, as I do, no stay is quite long enough. You will come back.

Perfect location and amentities
We have stayed at the Caribbean Resort for several years in a row. We have been in the Chelsea Condos, the three bedroom and the four bedroom towers condos. They are perfect for our two foursomes as we have a group of eight golfers(at least they say they are golfers.) Good sized condos with a great view as they are ocean front. And we get a fantastic breakfast every day at Captain's next door. Our trip is in October each year and the weather is just perfect at that time. Though there has been very few issues over the years, when there may be a problem it is resolved quickly and with great satisfaction to our group. We will again be heading to Myrtle Beach on October 20th 2018 and staying at the Caribbean Resort once more. Another week of great golf, food weather and accommodation's. It can't get here fast enough.

I have been bringing a group of golfers to Myrtle Beach every year for about 20 years now. About 10 years ago we began booking our accommodations at the Caribbean Resort & Villas, thru Myrtle Beach Golf. We have never had a problem and have found that the resort will go out of its way to assist us with ensuring that we get the rooms we need. One year they even offered to move our luggage from one room to another when we had to change rooms while we were on the golf course. The staff at the front counter have even remembered my group's check-in conversations from the prior year. We will be coming down south golfing for a number of years to come and will be staying at the Caribbean Resort each time.

We have been going back to the Caribbean Resorts during the winter for six years now and will continue this winter also. They have 4 available clean hot tubs, two inside and two outside, heated pools inside and outside and two lazy rivers, one inside and one outside. They have also added an outdoor gas fire pit for those chilly evenings. I counted over 300 outside lounge chairs for those warm afternoons. Other features include large balconies, an exercise room, free covered parking, room service every day, and a new lobby with a bar. A golf service is provided right at the resort to obtain golf reservations and selection of courses. All in all, it can't be beat for monthly rentals to get away from the wintry snows in northern US. We've been to Myrtle Beach 8 times in the last 4 years. On all but 1 trip we've stayed at the Caribbean Resort. We find it to be perfect for our needs. It is centrally located and allows us easy drives to courses up North, out West, and our favorites down South. We typically go with a 3 BR/3 BA condo and have never been disappointed. Only once has the furniture looked a bit beat up, but it has always been comfortable and reasonable. Breakfast at the Sea Captain's next door is a welcome addition to our golf package. Real breakfast ... not cold pastries and a glass of juice.

I have stayed min 11 different resorts over the last 11 years and not one of them have been less than 5 stars in comfort and cleanliness and above all whole hearted southern welcome. My husband brought me to Myrtle Beach to shut me up; for 40 years I begged to spend time at the beach and he fully believed vacations were only worth while if spent in the mountains of Colorado. Great Place
This place is the best. I have been going there for 14 years and I am never disappointed. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly not to mention the location. I mean you are literally smack in the middle of everything you would want your family to do while on vacation. Just walk out the back and you are on the beach. It has its own restaurant on the property. The Sea Captain Inn is a well-known seafood restaurant that also has great breakfast and lunch with a beautiful ocean view. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

My family has stayed at this same hotel for over 20 years. The hotel and its accommodations are of the finest quality. This hotel is of the finest quality. The entertainment around the pool is wonderful, the children also have a wonderful place to be entertained with the slides and water park area. Even the little ones have an area under roof where they can play without being exposed to the sun. There is food available around the pool to purchase which makes it so easy. The place has it all! And the staff is always willing to help with whatever your needs may be!

A GREAT Stay!
My wife and I have spent December, January and February at the Caribbean Resort and Villas for the past eight years. Our five kids and nine grand kids some down during their Christmas breaks. We all love walking on the beach and swimming in the heated indoor and outdoor pools and heated indoor and outdoor Lazy Rivers. The Sea Captain's house offers excellent meals. Actually, there are a lot of great restaurants in Myrtle Beach.

Another amazing visit!
We've been going to the Caribbean for over 14 years. We've never had a problem with the hotel. Easy to make a reservation, the staff at check in are exceptional. We've never had a problem staying here. Well we did need a cookie sheet once, rooms come with a kitchen. Within 10 minutes a cookie sheet was at our door. 3 pools,3 hot tubs great kiddie area. Skip jack bar serves great drinks and light foods ,I only wish they were open longer into the evening. Having Starbucks across the street is a plus. Pool area always clean, plenty of towels. But in peak season they may run out. Check in area is clean and tell grounds are beautifully kept.

Amazing beach vacation
Our stay at the Caribbean hotel was awesome last year was our second year there and we have already booked our next vacation for the same time this year. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We had the same cleaning staff 2 years in a row and they remembered us from the previous year. This hotel is very kid/family friendly. This will be our 5th visit to myrtle beach and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The view from our room is beach front and very beautiful and the beach is right at your door step. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit myrtle beach.

Wonderful family vacation
Loved this hotel. The room has the ocean view. The kids loved every part of the pool and the lazy river. We especially liked hanging out by the fire pit while the kids kept playing in the pool at night. We also loved the beach. It was the best family vacation we have ever been on. It's still a place we talk about weekly.

The experience at the resort was very nice and they were very helpful to us. The cleanliness of the property was ok but could have been better. The friendliness of the staff was wonderful they came right whenever we called and needed anything. They have 3 pools and 2 lazy rivers and they have a pool slide outside. There are 2 pools outside and one inside and 2 lazy rivers 1 inside and 1 outside. They are very cheap too.

Great place to say without a lot of pay!
This hotel was wonderful! It was a great place to take my two children under 6 years of age. There was free dvd rentals and an indoor pool, kiddie pool, lazy river, spa, and checker board. This hotel even had a heated outdoor pool (we got in it) and a spa and lazy river as well. The room was spacious and very well cleaned. The only issue I had was the kiddie pool being ice cold! Over all this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at in the 10+ years of going to myrtle beach

Always a great stay for us. Love staying here to be able to walk next door to eat at the historic Sea Captains House. What a shock and disappointment that the new chef would change the award winning crab cakes Dont know but We've probably been eating theire longer than he is old . You dont mess with perfection! Stayed here with a group of golfers. We had a 3 bedroom condo. Very nice. Slow check-in and had to replace a few key cars during the stay. Nice tiki bar by the pool. Went to the restaurant next door for breakfast. Good buffet and a grill to get eggs or omelettes. There is a Starbux across the street if you want a fancy coffee. I'd stay here again.

Our family of 4 needed a long weekend of relaxation. We got just that!! We were either on the beach or at the pools. We normally come for a week and do all the touristy things, but this year we weren't able to. We loved the resort and all that it had to offer. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and provided ample space. Really enjoyed the in room laundry and full kitchen features We traveled off season during April vacation week the weather was fantastic. Unfortunately the Resort was performing some maintenance around the pool areas in preparation for the busy season. This was only a small inconvenience. The Tiki bar had listed live entertainment but some of this was cancelled mid week due to the maintenance.

Dont stay in the Jamaica Tower
The Caribbean Resort is very fun, and busy, with a lot to do for the kids....The outdoor bar is cool, and the location is great. We really enjoyed the property, and would definitely stay again. Our room was in the Jamaica Tower, which is much smaller, it is two buildings over from the main resort- and the Jamaica is very old, and run down. The whole building and the rooms need an upgrade. I didn't get a chance to see rooms in the Main Tower, but We will not stay in the Jamaica again.

This hotel is located in the heart of everything. The staff is great and very helpful. We found our room to be very clean, but found the place is in need of updating, the decor is outdated. Also did not like the fact that the water slide and children's play area were not at our building, which had the food and drink bar. If you needed to get a drink you either have to take children with you and leave the play area or leave the children alone, which was not possible for us.

The hotel was out dated and smelled of mildew. House keeping was slow on arriving to clean the room. Fresh towels and linen was given daily. Staff was very courteous. Check in went well.
