Ballet Hispánico is a groundbreaking dance institution that has been named an American Cultural Treasure. This unique performance fuses together contemporary dance, ballet, salsa, merengue, samba, and more!
Founded by Tina Ramirez in 1970, Ballet Hispánico has grown from its grassroots origins as a dance school and community-based performing arts group to become one of the nation’s most renowned cultural organizations.
Under the leadership of CEO and Artistic Director, Eduardo Vilaro, Ballet Hispánico is continuing to pave the way with world-class artistry, an unparalleled training program, and commitment to community engagement.
