North Myrtle Beach’s Barefoot Landing will host its second annual Rock ‘N Paws Live Music Event from March 1-3, featuring live music, animal shelter booths, and a pet costume contest. The event aims to promote local animal shelters and raise awareness about animal adoption.
Local bands will perform throughout the weekend at the Dockside Village Amphitheater Stage. Headliners include City Lights on Friday, Paperwork, The 100 Grand Band, and Band on Fire on Saturday, and King Tide Band and Craig Sorrells Project on Sunday.
Animal shelters will be present, accepting donations and showcasing adoptable animals. A “My Pet is a Rock Star” costume contest and parade will be held on Saturday, with prizes awarded for the most creative pet costumes.
