About Barefoot Landing
The excitement is building with Dockside Village, a walkable restaurant district featuring Lucy Buffett’s LuLu’s! Set along the Intracoastal Waterway, there is free day docking for boats and Dockside Village adds a whole new level of excitement with a children’s playground and amphitheater showcasing year round live entertainment and events.
At Barefoot Landing you’ll browse to your heart’s content as you discover a wealth of unexpected treasures at one of the many national retail shops such as Ron Jon Surf Shop, Chico’s, Sunglass Hut, Francesca’s and Earthbound Trading. In addition, there are many unique and locally owned boutiques like Tara Grinna Swimwear, Purpleologist, A Silver Shack, The Mole Hole and more!
Dining at Barefoot includes everything from upscale offerings with scenic waterway views at Greg Norman and Flying Fish, to local restaurants specializing in pizza, barbeque, burgers, and seafood! No matter your mood, or your budget, Barefoot’s sure to suit everyone’s taste.
Did someone say excitement? There’s excitement for everyone at Barefoot Landing. Delight in live music at the House of Blues, catch a show at Alabama Theatre, watch the skies light up with fireworks every Monday night during the summer or take a ride on the carousel sitting over the lake.

Always love walking around the area seeing what stores are open, going to be open later, or what new shoppes may be coming in, loved stopping in at South Carolina Winery..... the staff were great, friendlier than at Duplin & no wasted space like at Duplin. Must go especially to the outstanding help at Carolina Winery store both tasting $3 for 7 wines, being able to buy it there and very knowledgeable/friendly staff

Wonderful place, love how it's spread out. My favorite restaurants there and across the street. Greg Normans is our favorite; site outside on intercoastal with a drink and watching the boats go by, the smell from the kitchen!! The Flying Fish is excellent is well, great seafood! Across the street is an awesome steakhouse, 21 Main. Amazing steaks and food! Love it

Each year we visit. Last year we saw the Tigers. That in itself made the visit. We have eaten at a few restaurants there too. Dick's, and others I can't remember. All were good. I love PURPLE so we stopped and I now have a purple tee. We may have seen fireworks here. ?

Walking on Water
If you go to Myrtle Beach, you MUST visit Barefoot Landing! We got to hold Tiger cubs and had our pictures taken with them. The shops are a must visit and range from candy shops to nostalgic! The food is amazing and there's no better feeling than feeling like you are walking on water!
