my experience @ palmetto was awesome, the cleanliness of property & promptness of the staff to assist me was even better
The hotel promised free wifi in every room... yet for my entire stay I was unable to connect to the wifi network, and the hotel did not look at nor solve the problem. I was forced to go across the street to access the internet.
The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel amenities was very good. The location was great for all activities.
Palmetto Shores was great!!! There are 5 pools to choose from so we were never bored. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. We stayed in the Coral Building and the only downside was that you had to walk up steps to get to the elevator (try doing this with tons of luggage and 2 small kids) but the staff saw us struggling and took our luggage up for us. I love this place. Its clean, near all the attractions and the staff is the best.
Totally worth it! We cannot wait to come back!!
