The Myrtle Beach Marathon is an annual event, which includes a marathon, half marathon, and 10k (virtual). Runners appreciate the fast and flat full marathon course with scenic views of the Myrtle Beach area.
Canadian-American Days, March 13-22
Myrtle Beach welcomes our neighbors to the north with some Southern hospitality during the Can-Am Days Festival. The fun includes tours, food and much more!
North Myrtle beach St Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival, March 14
The Grand Strand’s largest St Patrick’s Day celebration takes place each year on Main St in North Myrtle Beach. The festival includes live music, festive contests, a 2 hour parade, and over 120 vendors.
Run to the Sun Car Show, March 19-21
The Run to the Sun Car Show brings thousands of classic cars — and car enthusiasts — to the Myrtle Beach area each year. The event raises funds for charity and includes door prizes, food vendors and a ton of fun.

Monday After the Masters, April 13
Monday After the Masters, a celebrity pro-am golf tournament started by Darius Rucker of Hootie and the Blowfish fame, brings famous faces to the Myrtle Beach area for 3 days of fun and fundraising. Past celebrities have included actors, models, musicians and athletes. This year’s field has not yet been announced.
SOS Spring Safari, April 17-26
Shaggers from all over the East Coast flock to the beach for the SOS Spring Safari, a celebration of the S.C. state dance and those who love it. The festivities include tea parties, shag dancing, live music and a parade throughout North Myrtle Beach.
Myrtle Beach Food Truck Festival
The annual Myrtle Beach Food Truck Festival is a celebration of culinary delights in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Food truck vendors will serve a variety of great food, and the event includes children’s activities, vendors and a beer garden. Dates for 2026 are TBA.

Myrtle Beach Bike Week Spring Rally, May 8-17
Bikers flock to the south end of Myrtle Beach for the annual Myrtle Beach Spring Bike Week, which includes bike shows, vendors, tours and plenty of fun at area biker hangouts. Murrells Inlet is a hotspot for bikers this week, but they can seen and heard up and down the Grand Strand.
World Famous Blue Crab Festival, May 16-17
Visit the 43rd annual Blue Crab Festival to experience the tastes and spirit of the Lowcountry. The event includes live music, kids activities, craft vendors and more. The event is kid-friendly and biker-friendly.

Carolina Country Music Fest, June 4-7
Country stars, Blake Shelton, Post Malone, Luke Bryan, and Riley Green join a host of other performers for the 11th annual Carolina Country Music Fest on the oceanfront in downtown Myrtle Beach. The event draws thousands of country music fans with big-name acts plus food, drinks and an unforgettable backdrop.

Fourth of July
Celebrate Independence Day in Myrtle Beach! All along the Grand Strand, fireworks displays light up the sky. Other special events include a boat parade and golf cart parade as well as an 8k race. More information about 4th of July events will be published as they become available.

Aynor Hoe Down
The Aynor Hoe Down, a celebration of small-town farm life, is a favorite event among locals and visitors. It includes a street dance, food vendors, a parade and children’s entertainment. The date for 2026 has not yet been announced.
World AM Golf Tournament, August 31 – September 4
3,000 amateur golfers from around the world join together in the Golf Capital for 5 days of community, competition, and fun.

Little River ShrimpFest
Don’t miss the annual Little River ShrimpFest this fall! The festival features tons of delicious seafood from local restaurants as well as arts & crafts vendors, live music, children’s activities, and more. The dates for 2026 have not yet been announced.
Myrtle Beach Greek Festival
The annual Greek Festival is a family-friendly celebration of Greek culture and food that includes live entertainment and tours of the breath-taking St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church. 2026 dates have not yet been announced.
