Myrtle Beach Bike Week: 2020 Spring Bike Rally

The Myrtle Beach Spring Bike Week has been moved to summer due to COVID-19 concerns and travel restrictions. The new rally dates are July 13-19. Myrtle Beach Bike Week draws bikers from around the country for a week-long rally centered around the biker bars and vendors along the Grand Strand. Much of the action is in and around Murrells Inlet, just to the south of Myrtle Beach. Many hotels and condos along the Grand Strand are biker-friendly with ample parking for trailers.

Atlantic Beach Bikefest – Black Bike Week – Canceled for 2020

The Atlantic Beach Bikefest, aka Black Bike Week is canceled for 2020. The festival was originally moved from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend amid Covid-19 concerns. Atlantic Beach town leaders decided in July to cancel the event altogether for 2020.  Black Bike Week brings in thousands of black motorcycle riders and clubs. All weekend, custom bikes and flashy cars cruise up and down the Grand Strand non-stop. The festival draws its own unique crowd of vendors, custom bike builders, and motorcycles stuntmen that keep the party going. Much of the entertainment during Black Bike Week happens around Atlantic Beach and the North Myrtle Beach area, but lots still spill into Myrtle Beach and the rest of the Grand Strand. Before booking, be sure to find a biker-friendly hotel or condo.

Myrtle Beach Fall Bike Week: 2020 Fall Rally

The Myrtle Beach Fall Bike Rally is essentially a trimmed down version of the Spring Rally. It’s a similar crowd with much less congestion. It draws many of the same Harley Davidson riders that come in the spring who just couldn’t get enough of Myrtle Beach. Vendors will be available and biker bars are still the happening place to be for the Fall Bike Week. This year the Fall Bike Rally is slated for Sept. 28-Oct. 4, 2020.
