All roads lead to Mammy’s and they’ve been pointing in that direction since the early 1950s. Folks have been visiting this landmark for years for their Southern-style breakfast buffet. The buffet is loaded with scrambled eggs, French toast, pancakes, corned beef hash, biscuits and gravy, sausage links and patties, bacon, hash browns, grits and more. An a la carte menu features buttermilk pancakes any way you like them, golden waffles, omelets and farm fresh eggs.

Eggs Up Grill has locations from Pawleys Island all the way out to Conway and they’re expanding quickly. The tasty franchise has served over six million eggs on the Grand Strand! Egg specialties include poached eggs, apples ‘n egg-whites, signature omelets, steak and eggs and much more. They also serve thick Texas French toast and pancakes. Order the Pancakes in Paradise served with two pancakes with your choice or blueberries, chopped pecans, bananas, chocolate chips or honey granola.

The International House of Pancakes has been serving up memorable breakfasts for over 50 years and continues to please at three Grand Strand locations. They serve Cinn-A-Stack pancakes, New York Cheesecake pancakes, Harvest Grain ‘N Nut pancakes, double blueberry pancakes and more. The rest of the menu is perfect for the non-pancake eater with its assortment of specialty omelets, crepes, sandwiches, waffles and French toast.

Denny’s is a late night and early morning favorite for our breakfast lovers. Fans love to build their own Grand Slam breakfast which includes your choice of bacon, buttermilk biscuit, pancakes, eggs, English muffin, grits, hash browns, oatmeal, sausage and more. Plantation Pancake House in Surfside Beach has been serving up breakfast to visitors and locals since 1985. Plantation Pancake House’s claim to fame is their 42 signature omelettes. Check out the Elvis (a hunka, hunka country ham, bacon and American cheese) or the Nantucket (shrimp, crab meat, bacon and cheddar cheese topped with hollandaise sauce) or one of 40 other choices! As their name suggests, Pancakes are the way to go at Dino’s House of Pancakes in North Myrtle Beach. The breakfast menu features 18 different types including silver dollar pancakes, strawberry pancakes and Hawaiian pancakes. Try the Pigs in a Blanket which consists of sausage links wrapped up in three golden pancakes. Waffles, breakfast sandwiches, egg and omelet dishes, French toast and hot bread and pastries are also available.

Johnny D’s Waffles and Bakery serves an extensive menu of fresh-baked favorites and hearty country cooking. Options include omelettes; biscuits & gravy; fruit platters; skillet breakfasts and Benedicts. The homemade Belgian waffles will satisfy any breakfast sweet tooth with options such as Red Velvet Waffle; Banana Split Waffle; or the Bacon Waffle.
