Myrtle Beach Easter Egg Plunge

• Where: Mary C. Canty Recreation Center Pool
• What: The Myrtle Beach Easter Egg Plunge is an annual event for pre-registered kids between ages three and 12. Kids cool off and collect goodies by dunking below the water’s surface for Easter eggs scattered at the bottom of the pool. There will also be arts and crafts, kid-friendly games, and presentations of first responder vehicles.

19th Annual Race for the Inlet Bunny Run

• When: Saturday, April 4; 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Where: Morse Park in Murrells Inlet
• What: The Race for the Inlet Bunny Run is a family-friendly 5K that invites locals and visitors to kick off Easter weekend with a healthy activity and time with the community. Participants will receive a chipped bib, a goody bag for the first 250 registered participants, an official race T-shirt, and breakfast from Campbell Catering Company. There will be an awards ceremony following this fun run.

44th Annual North Myrtle Beach Easter Egg Hunt

• Where: McLean Park in North Myrtle Beach
• What: Parents and children are welcome to join the Easter festivities at the 44th Annual North Myrtle Beach Easter Egg Hunt. This family-friendly event separates children by age so all participants have a chance to leave with goodies. Plan to snap a picture with the Easter Bunny before you leave McLean Park with your basket of treats.

Myrtle Beach hosts several gorgeous Easter sunrise services for locals and visitors alike. All are welcome to join these congregations on the Grand Strand to watch the sunrise while celebrating this sacred holiday. A variety of Myrtle Beach churches will come together at Plyler Park at 6:45 a.m. to worship as one community. Join Christ United Methodist Church for worship and a continental breakfast near Bummz Beach Cafe. Other churches will meet individually at public beach access points along the shoreline.
