Concert Series & Music Events
If you’re a fan of live music, Myrtle Beach has you covered. In addition to the numerous venues that host bands nightly, the area is also home to several concert series’ throughout the warmer months of the year. Rock & roll, country, jazz, pop, beach — there’s something for everyone at these shows. The performances also take place at a variety of venues, from under the live oaks at Brookgreen Gardens to oceanfront in downtown North Myrtle Beach and at a bar on the Intracoastal Waterway — check the schedule, pick a show, and go have a great time.
Carolina Country Music Fest
The Carolina Country Music Fest is the Myrtle Beach area’s largest annual live music event. The music fest, which is held on the oceanfront in the heart of Myrtle Beach, features huge country music stars as well as up and coming artists. The 2024 lineup includes Morgan Wallen, Carrie Underwood, Old Dominion, Lady A and many more.
Barefoot Landing Spring Music Series
The Spring Live Music Series kicks off March 29, 2024, and continues through May 25 at Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach.
Enjoy a variety genres of music by local and regional bands from 5 to 8 p.m. Fridays and 2 to 5 p.m. Saturdays on the Dockside Village Stage.
Free lawn chairs are available for use while supplies last, or you can bring your own.

Concert Events at Nance Plaza
Nance Plaza in downtown Myrtle Beach hosts free Nights at Nance” concert series events throughout the year featuring local musical acts. The 2024 spring series includes performances by Paul Grimshaw Band, Long Bay Quartet, Thomas Road and Sawgrass Band on various Thursday nights from March 14-April 25.
Music on Main
North Myrtle Beach’s annual concert series takes place on, you guessed it, Main Street. The usual lineup includes bands that play classic rock, motown, top 40, variety, blues, beach music, 90’s rock, and more. Bring a beach chair, your family, and friends, and enjoy the tunes from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday nights from June 6 through September 26.
Boathouse Backyard Summer Concert Series
This bar and grill on the waterway brings in all kinds of music for their Sunday Funday concert series. Past performers have included Little Texas, Coolio, Rehab, Fuel, and numerous other national, regional, and local acts. The series runs from May to September, and many attendees come by boat, hanging out on them or floating in the water as they listen to the live band.
