Jack’s Surf Lessons and Board Rentals

Since 2010, Jack’s Surf Lessons and Board Rentals has been helping Grand Strand locals and visitors achieve their goal of learning how to surf. Owned and operated by surfing enthusiast Jack Hannigan, Jack’s Surf Lessons provides world class lessons to anyone interested in learning. Despite the name, Jack’s Surf Lessons doesn’t only teach surfing. Though they started off as a company that focused primarily on surf lessons, they have since expanded to provide customers with stand-up paddle boarding and kayaking. Jack’s Surf Lessons welcomes all ages and skill levels to join them for some fun in the sun. If you feel like surfing or stand-up paddle boarding, try out a lesson, rent a board, or go for a guided tour.  Or, if you want to try your hand at kayaking, choose between taking a guided tour or renting one and doing your own thing. Oh, and don’t forget about Jack’s Myrtle Beach Surf Camp. For those of you who want to try something fun on your vacation, or for those of you who want to learn some more about surfing, don’t look further than Jack’s Myrtle Beach Surf Camp. The camp starts at 8 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m. During the session, students will learn safety and surfing fundamentals, as well as eat lunch, receive surf-tificates, and have tons of fun! Not only is the staff at Jack’s Surf Lessons and Board Rentals extremely talented, knowledgeable, and friendly, but they also have the privilege of working in one of the best surf spots in Myrtle Beach. The shop is located at the Springmaid Pier, so when you’re done surfing, or when you are waiting on your kids to finish their surf lessons, there is plenty to do in the area. Jack’s Surf Lessons and Board Rentals is also the only place in Myrtle Beach where you can park your car, rent a board, and go directly to the ocean. Plus, this surf school boasts one of the best surf breaks in town. Sweet, huh?
