Yamato Food

Yamato’s menu has an array of Japanese offerings. From a full sushi
 menu to hibachi-prepared Teppan Entrees. Appetizers include edamame,
 baked mussels, tempura, Tataki, Sashimi and more. Dinners are served as
five courses. You start with a clear soup with scallions and mushrooms;
next you are served a salad with ginger, creamy or soy dressing. Your
hibachi chef will come out after the salad is served and begin charming
 you with his quick wit as he thrills you with his knife and hibachi skills
(including tricks with large flames that can delight or startle younger or
 older guests). He will prepare a shrimp appetizer, fried rice, sauteed
vegetables and the seafood or meat of your choice. Choose from chicken,
 scallops, shrimp, fish, lobster, Filet Mignon, New York Strip, or a
 combination of any of those. Your food is served with a creamy seafood
sauce or ginger sauce for dipping. Mustard and hot sauce are also
available. Children’s entrees are similar to the adults but with slightly
smaller portions. Your meal is completed with a serving of sherbet. Entree
 prices range from $10.00-$29 for adults. Soft drinks, water, tea, coffee,
 and a selection of beer, wines, cocktails, and sake are served.
