Waterford Plantation is a large neighborhood tucked into a quiet section of Carolina Forest. The neighborhood is within a golf-cart drive to 2 golf courses: Man O’ War and The Witch. Waterford Plantation sits off of Carolina Forest Boulevard, allowing easy access to both Highway 501 and Highway 31. Within minutes you can be in the middle of all that Carolina Forest has to offer: outlet malls, restaurants, entertainment, medical facilities, business centers, banks, and much more! The neighborhood is also just a 15 minute drive to the beautiful Myrtle Beach shore and is within walking distance of two schools.
