"The facility and the course, staff etc were fantastic. TWO THINGS THAT WERE CONCERNING: 1st (not so much concerning but surprising) was that there was no gps for the course on cart. 2nd and this one was major. This is probably one of the highest cost courses on the northern end of myrtle. Top ten for sure within a very large radius. I expected it to be spaced appropriately. Meaning not having to WAIT for EVERY SINGLE SHOT. At the tee, fairway and approach. Even taking our time on the green then walking up to the next tee only to find the threesome in front of us was just able to tee off. E X T R E M L Y S L O W P L A Y..... To the point where it was unpleasant to play and activating. Facility great, course challenging, but rate of play was that if a $29.99 round of golf. "

"Always enjoy playing the course even though its a tough test. Greens a tad rough and sandy from the overdressing. "

"Overall, course was in great condition. Some speed to the greens, but not super fast. Play the right tees to really enjoy the round. "

"Really fun course with some fantastic views of the waterway and BEAUTIFUL homes throughout the entire course! Greens were lightening quick and pace of play was phenomenal as we didn't have to wait on a single hole! Definitely would recommend this course to anyone will be playing it again on the next vacation! "

"We started a little later than our scheduled tee time. When we started there was nobody on the first hole we played so we do not know how far in front they were. 5 holes into the round a ranger approached our group and told us we were to be 2 holes further yet we did not ever see a group behind us that we were holding up at all. We finished the first nine (back side) to make the turn and saw the group behind us for the first time after we stopped for a drink at the clubhouse. After the first hole on the back we never saw them again. However on our third hole on the back (number 3 since we started on the back) a ranger approached our group again and said we needed to speed up. We pointed out that the group behind us had never been in sight and that they must be the group holding things up but he insisted on riding along with us for 3 holes, after which he said we were doing great with pace. We never saw the group behind us in those three holes but he stayed with us. It was ridiculous. I have played a lot of golf at many courses in Myrtle Beach and otherwise and have NEVER had this happen. I would understand if there was ANY indication we were holding up play but the fact that the group behind us was never in sight indicated that we were not the group holding up play behind us. The ranger said there was a call to the the clubhouse but after our round my brother asked in the clubhouse and was told there was never a call. I sincerely hope that outside/casual non-member golfers on this course are not regularly treated in this way. We love this course but the treatment was ridiculous. Incidentally, our 18-hole round for our foursome was done in 4 hrs 30 minutes (right on pace). "

"Difficult course, played long in the wind. Bunkers weren't maintained, but the rest of the course was excellent. Greens were very fast and smooth."

"Love this course usually, but the fairways are super burned out, not sure what's up there. I'd avoid it for awhile. Yes, they are brown, not green. "

"Greens had been punched within the last 7 days - but were almost grown in with no sand on them; rolled true and with good speed. Should be great in another week or two. Course in pretty good shape - bunkers raked and playable. A resort course with lots of room and rough has not grown in yet. Fairways cut fairly short so you get roll off the tee. Greens receptive to properly struck irons. Would go back."

"One of my favorites in the Myrtle beach area. The golf course is in great shape right now. The greens are some of the best at the beach. The fairways are just a touch behind but a couple more warm nights and that bermuda will pop like crazy and this will be the premier course to play in myrtle beach right now. My suggestion go play as soon as you can and as often as you can. "
