It's hard to believe it's been another year but 2013 is approaching quickly and what better way to celebrate than at a New Year’s Eve party in Myrtle Beach? From kids’ parties to adults-only fetes, one thing’s for sure, there are things to do for everyone at every age. Here’s a list of hotels, restaurants, clubs and more hosting New Year’s Eve celebrations in Myrtle Beach.

Join 2001 Nightclub for a New Year's Blowout! The party will feature live music and DJs in three clubs with performances from The Tim Clark Band, Headin South, DJ JD Cash and DJ Jimmy Dimitri. Be on the lookout for fun party favors and a live ball drop in Times Square. Admission is $20 in advance or $25 at the door.

A New Year’s Eve Gala will be held at 21 Main at North Beach from 8:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. The gala will include live entertainment, a cocktail hour with passed cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and premium open bar followed by a formal sit-down dinner. The menu includes shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad, Surf and Turf featuring a lobster tail and filet mignon followed by dessert. The open bar will offer top shelf liquors and select wines all night. Don't miss the champagne toast, balloon drop and confetti cannons at midnight. Tickets are $150/person. Make a night of it and stay at beautiful North Beach Plantation at a special New Year’s rate.

Chef Curry Martin will offer seasonal specials including black eyed pea cakes with collard cakes, lobster tempura bites with parmesan bacon aioli, prime filet with lobster tail and market fish and scallops with lobster sauce on celery root puree and local greens. Join Avista Resort as they ring in the new year with a special New Year’s Eve Celebration Dinner and Party. Dinner includes seafood on an ice display, appetizers, delicious entrée selections, a Bananas Foster station and more. Atlantic Groove will perform live and then you’ll celebrate the start of a new year with a confetti blast and midnight champagne toast as you watch the Time Square Live Ball Drop. Party the night away in Celebrity Square beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets are $30 in advance or $35 the day of and include admission to the night clubs, a huge balloon drop, confetti cannons, party favors and a live feed from Times Square. Admission is limited to ages 21 and up.

Stroll around the sculpture gardens by candlelight this New Year's Eve at Brookgreen Gardens. The event will feature hand-lit candles and holiday lights carefully placed throughout the beautiful gardens. They'll also offer champagne and refreshments for purchase. The event will be held from 6-9 p.m. on New Year's Eve. Advanced purchase is required for tickets as the event has limited availability. Tickets are $10 for members and $15 for non-members.

Book a New Year’s Eve package with Captain’s Quarters and hit up the New Year’s Eve Bash at the Level 6 Bowling and Entertainment Center that evening.
