It's hard to believe it's been another year but 2014 is approaching quickly and what better way to celebrate than at a New Year’s Eve party in Myrtle Beach? From kids’ parties to adults-only fetes, one thing’s for sure, there are things to do for everyone at every age. Chef selections include Scampi Travinia, Chicken Marsala, Butcher's Block Pork Ribeye, Madeira Filet and more. The cost is $45/person and seatings are available at 8 p.m.; 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. Reservations are required.

Wahoos Fish House on the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk is offering a special His and Hers New Year's Eve Dinner for two. "His" Menu includes duck arugula salad with whiskey soaked walnuts, golden raisins, crispy landons of bacon, Maytag bleu cheese and aged balsamic dressing; a 16 oz aged Kansas City Strip served with white cheddar mashed potatoes, roasted baby button mushrooms and green beans topped with Foie Gras butter and S'Mores Treats for dessert. "Her" Menu features a nine piece sushi sample; Lobster "Savannah" stuffed with scallops, shrimp, red potatoes and parsnips in a rich, creamy lobster sauce served with a warm roasted pepper and spinach salad followed by chocolate decadence for dessert. The meal is $65 for two and includes a glass of champagne.
