Each one differentiating itself from the abundant buffets that have been so popular along the Grand Strand. From pancake lodges to oceanfront dining and adult-arcades to hippie donut shops, this list covers a large scope of food options that will be sure to fill anyone’s appetite.

Dave & Buster’s may be more attraction than it is restaurant, but you’d be surprised by how delicious their menu options are. With plenty of shareables, appetizers and mouth-watering entrees, it’s hard to go wrong at Dave & Buster’s. Did we mention arcade games? Opening towards the end of 2016, Flapjack’s Pancake House will be new to visitors of the area. Serving both breakfast and lunch, Flapjack’s is renowned for their Southern Pecan Pancakes, and their Sticky Bun Pancakes, with cinnamon swirled with pecan and topped with creamy icing.

Located in North Myrtle Beach, About Thyme serves fresh cocktails and offers a eclectic assortment of breakfast and lunch options, all with an oceanfront view. Riptydz will be part restaurant, part beach-front bar, and part nightclub, bringing a new experience to the Boardwalk. Fresh seafood, prime steaks and fresh local favorites will be the primary food options at this oceanfront restaurant. Be sure to be on the look out for a grand opening date.

This new donut shop, which uses only the ‘hippest’ ingredients, will be coming to the Market Commons in the near future. What started in Pittsburgh as a ‘hippie’ donut destination, this tie-dye-loving donut shop will travel down south to spread the peace, love and some delicious donuts, including Groovy, Far Out and Funkadelic options like Saigon Cinnamon, Mocha and Maple Bacon.

Located at the Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, Oceanside 74 Restaurant & Lounge is a classic beachfront bar and restaurant. Their menu features an eclectic assortment of seafood, burgers, sandwiches, soups and salads, and appetizers. You’re definitely not going to want to miss their pineapple drinks, like the Frozen Margarita Pineapple, the Pina Colada Pineapple, or signature rum punch in souvenir tiki glasses.

Although not new to the area, the Tilted Kilt recently relocated just across the street from Broadway at the Beach on 21st Ave. N. in Myrtle Beach. The Kilt offers numerous bar food staples, like their World Famous Wings, Pub Pretzels, Classic Fish & Chips, among others, as well as soups, salads, sandwiches. And don’t forget their extensive selection of wine, cocktails and spirits, as well as 28 beers on tap.

Try one of the Blueberry Favorites, like the Blueberry Monte Cristo Sandwich, the Cheezo Rizo with Portugal chorizo, fresh tomatoes, spinach, cheddar cheese, and cilantro, or The Village Burrito. Blueberry’s also serves specialty drinks like Mojitos and Bloody Mary’s.
