	Myrtle Beach is home to dozens of buffets and it&#39;s often times hard to pick which one to visit first. We enlisted the help of our <a href="http://www.facebook.com/myrtlebeach">Facebook fans</a> who suggested everything from traditional Southern-style buffets to the the biggest Calabash seafood buffets in town. Here&#39;s a list of their top ten favorite buffets in Myrtle Beach:</p>

	<strong>Captain George&rsquo;s Seafood Restaurant</strong> | 1401 29th Ave.&nbsp; N., Myrtle Beach, 843-916-2278<br />
	Captain George&rsquo;s Seafood Retaurant was opened in 2000 and is an 800 seat restaurant with a Captain&rsquo;s Lounge, family game room and a retail area. The seafood buffet serves an average of one million pounds of crabs legs, 300,000 pounds of fish and 125,000 pounds of steamed shrimp a year. The buffet features an assortment of salads, soups, seafood entrees, prime rib, BBQ ribs, chicken, side dishes and more than a dozen dessert selections.<br />

	Look for the enormous crab-mobile to find Crabby Mike&rsquo;s in Surfside Beach. This popular buffet is described as &ldquo;a world of outrageous, entertaining, fascinating, silly, charming, beautiful, incredibly delicious fun.&rdquo; The restaurant serves tons of piping hot seafood like baked salmon, seafood casserole, fried catfish and more. Also included on the buffet is a cold bar, soup bar, fruit and dessert bar and a salad bar.<br />

	The Original Benjamin&rsquo;s Calabash Seafood buffet features 170 items- it&rsquo;s no wonder people have been flocking here for over 30 years. Visit the crab bar for some steamed crab legs or wander over to the pasta station to create a pasta dish. We are in the south so low-country cuisine is a must. Other items on the endless buffet include fresh breads and desserts made from scratch, a carving station with delicious meats and much more.<br />

Kids have their very own corner with pizza, chicken tenders, fries and more.<br />

Create a healthier meal with help from the enormous salad bar or treat yourself to an endless selection of cakes and pies from the dessert bar. In addition to lunch and dinner buffets, Ryan&rsquo;s also serves up a huge breakfast on Saturday and Sunday at their Myrtle Beach area locations.<br />

Everyday menu items include pot roast, banana pudding, Bourbon Street chicken, coleslaw, fried chicken, fudgy brownies, Timberline chili and so much more.<br />

	Magnolia&rsquo;s at 26th is located on Ocean Boulevard directly across from the Atlantic Ocean. The restaurant offers an extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with all of your favorite Southern delicacies. The breakfast buffet is stacked with pancakes, eggs, country ham and grits among other things. The lunch and dinner buffet features some of the best fried chicken and fried squash you&rsquo;ll ever put in your mouth. Take some to go and pay by the pound for a great beach lunch.<br />

In fact, they listed nearly 60 different restaurants around town. We&rsquo;ve narrowed it down to the top ten places at the beach for breakfast.<br />

	All roads lead to Mammy&rsquo;s and they&rsquo;ve been pointing in that direction since the early 1950s. Folks have been visiting this landmark for years for their Southern-style breakfast buffet. 	We get questions all the time about the best places to eat with a waterfront view and our MyrtleBeach.com <a href="https://www.facebook.com/myrtlebeach">Facebook fans </a>had plenty of options to offer. These Myrtle Beach area restaurants serve sumptuous seafood specialties, grilled steaks and much more at their scenic locations. Restaurants along the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk received the most votes with other Myrtle Beach favorites scattered throughout our list of the top 11 places to eat along the water.<br />

	<strong>Drunken Jack&rsquo;s </strong>| 4031 Hwy. 17 Business, Murrells Inlet, 843-651-2044<br />
	Drunken Jack&rsquo;s is famous to locals as well as the millions of visitors to our area each year. The restaurant is nestled on the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk providing diners with unforgettable views overlooking Snug Harbor. They offer fresh seafood selections like oysters on the half shell, stuffed shrimp, she crab soup, frog legs and hefty platters. The hushpuppies are rumored to be some of the best on the Grand Strand. Make plans to get there early to enjoy drinks at the bar as Drunken Jack&rsquo;s does not take reservations.<br />

	Open in 2002, Dead Dog Saloon quickly became a stand out along the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk. The back deck offers great views of the gorgeous salt marsh and often offers live music. The casual atmosphere is accented by fun dog-themed decorations. The menu features a little bit of everything- from seafood and steaks to sandwiches and baskets. Try Boo Boo&rsquo;s Tender Bites- beef tenderloin on garlic toast with parmesan mayo, asiago cheese and balsamic vinaigrette- or opt for a steam pot.&nbsp;<br />

	Sea Captain&rsquo;s House Restaurant is an award-winning restaurant known best for its history and oceanfront dining experiences- every seat in the house offers views of the Atlantic. The restaurant was built in 1930 and used as a beach cottage and then nearly torn down in the 60s. Lucky for us, plans didn&rsquo;t work out and the restaurant came to life. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. The menu includes a wide variety of seafood as well as other goodies for land lovers.<br />

	Damon&rsquo;s Grill in Myrtle Beach offers some of the best ocean views in town. The open air deck is the perfect spot to sip on a cocktail. Even the inside has great views! Damon&rsquo;s serves both lunch and dinner and are known best for their famous BBQ ribs, chicken and pork. Take a bottle of the sauce home as a souvenir. Other menu items like burgers, seafood plates, sandwiches and New England Clam Chowder are sure to feed any sized appetite.<br />

	Enjoy a great view of the salt marsh and great food at Creek Ratz. The restaurant provides plenty of fun for your little ones and a yummy kids menu. The casual-style restaurant offers appetizers, a full raw bar, baskets, Po Boys, sandwiches and pizza. Save room for the Murrells Inlet Wedding Cake which features an Old Fashioned Moon Pie served warm and topped with ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Stop by Sundays for shagging on the creek to your favorite beach music.<br />

	First built in 1926, Pier 14 has come a long way. It&rsquo;s now a landmark along the oceanfront boardwalk in the heart of Myrtle Beach. They have a full bar and serve up lunch and dinner with indoor and outdoor seating options. The deck provides a gorgeous setting for cocktails or appetizers like fried green beans, peel and eat shrimp or their famous &ldquo;shark bites.&rdquo; Other food items include sandwiches, steaks, seafood and much more. Pierless martinis, frozen favorites and temptations by the pitcher are all served at the bar.<br />

	Bovine&rsquo;s Wood Fired Specialties is also located along the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk. Their wood fire grilled steaks and seafood are some of the best in town. We can&rsquo;t leave out their specialty wood fired pizzas like the Island Style or steak and potato pies. House specialties at the waterfront restaurant include signature meatloaf, Bovine&rsquo;s shrimp pasta, Inlet fried oysters and Carolina crab cakes. Bovine&rsquo;s was mentioned in USA Today and Southern Living Magazine as one of the &ldquo;South&rsquo;s Finest Restaurants.&rdquo;<br />

	<strong>Gulf Stream Caf&eacute; </strong>| 1536 S. Waccamaw Dr., Garden City, 843-651-8808<br />
	Gulf Stream Caf&eacute; is the only restaurant on the Grand Strand that overlooks both the Atlantic Ocean and the salt marshes in Murrells Inlet. The upstairs bar deck is home to live music, seasonal oyster roasts and plenty more food and drink. The restaurant serves mainly seafood selections but also offers chicken, duck and steaks. You can never go wrong with a bowl of She-Crab soup. Their Sunday brunch is packed each week with locals as well as families vacationing in the area.<br />

	<strong>Capt. Dave&rsquo;s Dockside</strong> | 4037 Hwy. 17 Business, Murrells Inlet, 843-651-5850<br />
	Capt. Dave&rsquo;s Dockside is centrally located along the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk and serves some of the freshest seafood around. Try the shrimp and crab bisque or a tuna martini followed by the pan crusted grouper or Shellfish Cioppino. Meat lovers can order the aged beef selections that are flame kissed to perfection. The menu also offers Murrells Inlet classic fried seafood dishes, appetizers, fresh salads, desserts and over 100 wines.<br />

	<strong>Nance&rsquo;s Creekfront Restaurant</strong> | 4883 Hwy. 17 Business, Murrells Inlet, 843-651-2696<br />
	Nance&rsquo;s Creekfront Restaurat, located on the salt marsh in Murrells Inlet, prides itself on being a place where the seafood and the good times come together. They&rsquo;re most known for their oyster roasts but also serve snow crab, steak, shrimp, fish, scallops, clams and chicken. Order a steam pot for two and you&rsquo;ll get oysters, clams, shrimp, crab legs, corn on the cob and new potatoes. No need to worry about the mess- there&rsquo;s a bucket in the center of the table for your shells.<br />

	<strong>Crab Catchers</strong> | 4474 Water Front Ave., Little River, 843-280-2025<br />
	Head north to Little River to experience the great food, casual atmosphere and waterfront views at Crab Catchers restaurant. Their seafood dishes are always fresh and made to order. Favorites include the conch fritters, crawfish tails, the land and sea combo, soft shell crab and the seafood platter stuffed with grouper, fried shrimp, a crab cake, deviled crab and the catch of the day. They also serve steamed seafood, sandwiches, a variety of tasty appetizers and an extensive children&rsquo;s menu.<br />
