The Christmas experience at The Carolina Opry starts when guests walk through the doors. With more than 35 Christmas trees and 5 miles of tree-lighting wire, the Opry building is transformed into a winter wonderland for the holiday season. Now in its 39th year, the top-notch show includes the All That! clogging group, 35 talented vocalists and performers, the Calvin Gilmore orchestra and a real horse-drawn carriage with snow. Champion fiddler, Trent Wideman, joins long-standing cast members like Tangena Church and Nashville recording artist Brad Long. This show is a must-see to get you into the holiday spirit! The Alabama Theatre presents The South’s Grandest Christmas Show, a mix of holiday classics and contemporary favorites performed by the Alabama Theatre cast. The show features a grand Christmas backdrop with a mix of traditional Christmas classics and contemporary favorites. New for 2024 is comedic juggler, Max Winfrey. The South’s Grandest Christmas Show is an evening filled with song, dance, and laughter — something we could all use this year! During the holiday season, you can expect festive decor and a selection of your favorite Christmas classics. During the Christmas season, you’ll find tributes to legends such as Marilyn Monroe, The Blues Brothers, Elvis, Diana Ross, and Martina McBride.

The original Motown Tribute Show offers a musical journey through the history of Motown, a genre that broke down social barriers and infused music of the 60’s and 70’s with life and rhythm. The holiday version of the show, Motown Christmas Tribute, includes favorite Christmas hits including Diana Ross’s Happy Xmas War is Over, Joy To The World, Give Love on Christmas Day and many more! The two-hour celebration of soul music and the holiday season through December at the Cabaret-style GTS Theatre.

Vocalist/pianist Bill Connors (aka American Elton) has perfected the art of portraying Sir Elton John with more than 15 years of experience and over 3,000 performances under his belt. Every tune comes to life with colorful costuming and authentic impersonation. His special Step Into Christmas Elton John Tribute show will run November through December.  Bill Connors has been featured on America’s Got Talent and ‘the Greatest Piano Men’ show in Vegas and a former artist from Legends in Concert. The high-energy show at GTS Theatre will be the highlight of your Myrtle Beach vacation!

Renowned Illusionist Charles Bach is bringing the Christmas Spirit to town!  The Wonders of Christmas – A Holiday Magic Spectacular runs Nov. 14 – Dec. 31. Bach brings Christmas wishes to life, creates magic with milk and cookies, makes it snow inside the theater, and even performs an incredible appearance with a red-suited superstar! The show features magic, holiday music, fabulous dancers, beautiful costumes and lighting, and more in the intimate Wonders Theatre at Broadway at the Beach!
