About Myrtle Beach Mini Marathon

Lace up your running shoes and take part in the events of the Myrtle Beach Mini Marathon weekend, including the Coastal 5K  and Myrtle Beach Mini Marathon. All events take place on Saturday Oct. 11 at the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, or participants can join a virtual event.

The Mini Marathon takes off at 7 a.m. and the 5K at 7:15 a.m. on 8th Avenue North and finish on the oceanfront Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. The Mini Marathon includes more than 5 oceanfront miles to keep you motivated on your run.

Sporting a surfing theme and coveted surfboard finisher medals, the Mini Marathon is a must-do race in South Carolina. The course is flat and fast with gorgeous views, live entertainment and a fun post-race party.
