About 23rd Annual Lip Rippin’ Chilympics

The Lip Rippin’ Chilympics — celebrating 23 years in 2025 —  features dozens of area restaurants and chefs competing to win the title of Chili Master. Get your fill of every kind of chili imaginable — anything from seafood concoctions to spicy recipes that will knock your socks off!

In addition to the chili cook-off, the event also includes local arts and crafts vendors, kids’ activities, craft beers, and more.

The event will take place on Saturday, November 2nd at Wicked Tuna on the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk. Carpooling is recommended for this popular event as parking is limited.

Lip Rippin’ Chilympics raises money for the Sea Beyond Foundation, an organization that helps protect our local beaches.
