Founders Club

Founders Club at Pawleys Island is one of the newest and best golf courses in Myrtle Beach, thanks to its natural beauty and creative design. This refurbished course was originally the Sea Gull Golf Course, featuring a flat Lowcountry design by Gene Hamm. The new and improved design by Thomas Walker, former lead designer for Gary Player Design, features rolling fairways and elegant slopes. Founders Club offers 18 masterfully constructed holes that are both visually stunning and give the illusion that the layout is more difficult than it plays. But don’t think you’re not in for a challenge. Since opening in 2008, this course has quickly become a must-play layout for golfers visiting the Strand.
