About Heritage Club
The Heritage Club golf course just south of Myrtle Beach was designed by Dan Maples and has become a traditional favorite of Grand Strand guests. This public golf course near Myrtle Beach features spacious, rolling fairways and large, undulating greens surrounded by lush stands of crepe myrtle, camellias, and azaleas. The Heritage Club proudly earned Golf Digest’s national ranking of the “Best 50 Public Courses in America” in 1990, and achieved a 4.5-star rating for “Best Places to Play” in 2000—a distinction it retains. Built on two of South Carolina’s historic rice plantations along the winding dark waters of the scenic Waccamaw River, the Heritage Club offers resplendent views as you rise to the challenge on the golf course.
