About River Oaks Golf Plantation
River Oaks Golf Plantation is located centrally in Myrtle Beach along more than 800 acres on the Intracoastal Waterway. Gene Hamm and Tom Jackson played integral roles in the design of each of the 27 holes on the course located on a former nature preserve. The Bear and Fox course was listed among Golf Digest's Best Places to Play in 2008-2009. The three nine-hole courses offer recently renovated Champion Ultradwarf greens.
