The Art of the Brick at the Myrtle Beach Art Museum
The Franklin G. Burroughs-Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum is hosting The Art of the Brick this summer until September 10, 2016. The Art of the Brick is a special exhibit that features LEGO art by Nathan Sawaya. This family-friendly exhibit allows visitors to see unique LEGO sculptures in person, learn about LEGO art, and even make their own LEGO creations. In addition, the museum is also hosting In Pieces, which is a collaborative project by Sawaya and Austrailian photographer Dean West. In Pieces features beautiful artistic photographs including LEGO sculptures, which are also on display in the gallery. Be sure to catch this attraction while it's still in town!
