Our brand-new waterfront retreat sits along the Intracoastal Waterway and the Pee Dee River, where 17 thoughtfully designed cottages offer sweeping views, modern amenities, and a perfect mix of comfort and coastal charm. Each cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms and two full baths, along with a fully equipped kitchen for easy home-cooked meals. Every cottage includes a private boat slip, giving you and your guests direct access for fishing, boating, or simply exploring the scenic waterways.
