It is awesome getting to watch the Waccamaw Cooter Airboat Tour glide across the glassy waters, but be prepared for a bit of noise! The propeller on the back of the boat can be loud for those with sensitive ears. 

You will be amazed if you come across a monstrous alligator in its home water and maybe a little frightened! These creatures are so beautiful in their natural habitat, and coming across one is a memory worth making! Regal Osprey is another amazing sight to see. You may even get to see an Osprey dive down and catch themselves a delightful fish dinner! These birds will fly high over their prey, dive down, and completely submerge themselves to catch fish. Although they tour in a National Wildlife Refuge, wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.

The Waccamaw Cooter Airboat Tour lasts about an hour and seats up to 12 people. Each guest riding the airboat will be given a lifejacket to wear as a safety precaution. Book online or call the office for reservations!
