Myrtle Beach Pelicans Named Top Ballpark Experience in SC

Stadium Journey recently announced that TicketReturn.Com Field at Pelicans Stadium in Myrtle Beach has been rated as the top ballpark experience in the state of South Carolina.

The home of the Myrtle Beach Pelicans was ranked with 4.67 stars out of 5, which placed the ballpark in front of Columbia’s Spirit Communications Park, Augusta’s SRP Park, Charleston’s Joseph P. Riley Jr. Park, and Greenville’s Fluor Field at the West End.

The publication recognized the Pelicans Ballpark for doing “an amazing job catering to both local die-hards and casual tourists.” There is also praise for the variety of food and entertainment options that make TicketReturn.com Field a “premier minor league venue.”

“It’s an honor to be named the top ballpark experience in South Carolina, which is such a rich state for Minor League Baseball,” said Pelicans general manager Ryan Moore. “Our entire staff takes pride in this ranking because we know the experiences in Augusta, Charleston, Columbia and Greenville are some of the best in MiLB.” 2018 marks the 20th season for the Pelicans and the 4th season as the Class A-Advanced affiliate of the Chicago Cubs.
