Hurricane Fleet

Hurricane Fleet has been fishing off of the North and South Carolina coasts since 1948. Hurricane Fleet began when the original owners of the Hurricane Restaurant, Frank and Mary Juel, decided they needed a fishing boat to serve the restaurant customers. With this decision made, Frank traveled North and brought home an 81-foot Navy PT to serve as the first vessel at Hurricane Fleet. Hurricane Fleet has an amazing crew with experience and enthusiasm!

Gulf Stream Fishing

This 11.5-hour trip is taken on Hurricane Fleets biggest boat. There are bathrooms on board this vessel, and fishing licenses are covered for all guests. Rod, reels, and bait are provided on this trip too. If you’re looking to catch the biggest fish, then this is the best option for you! The Gulf Stream Fishing charter costs $125 per person.  

Half-Day Fishing

This 4.5-hour trip is family-friendly! There are bathrooms on board this vessel, and fishing licenses are covered for all guests. Rod, reels, and bait are provided on this trip, too, as well as drinks and snacks! The Half-Day Fishing charter costs $45 per person. 

Private Charters

Private Charters with Hurricane Fleet can be customized to your preference! You get to customize the length of the charter and choose the target fish! There are bathrooms on board this vessel, and fishing licenses are covered for all guests. Rod, reels, and bait are provided on this trip too. Private Charters start at $500.

Dolphin Cruise

Hurricane Fleet offers a family-friendly, 2-hour dolphin tour. There are bathrooms onboard this vessel, and drinks and snacks will be available. There will be a naturalist on board who will empty a barrel of critters from the ocean for the family to see too! On this trip, guests will take a trip out to Hurricane Fleets shrimp boat to see dolphins and learn more about the ocean. Trips run daily, and the Dolphin Cruise is $25 per person.
