Shining Sol Candle Company was founded in 2012 and is known for their all-natural soy candles.

Shining Sol’s candles are hand-poured 100% soy wax candles with wood wicks. The Virginia-based company is family-owned and family-operated. They’ve had a Barefoot Landing location in North Myrtle Beach since 2020.

Shining Sol offers a selection of candles like coconut and sandalwood, citrus and sage, vanilla, Egyptian amber, eucalyptus, Gaia, lavender, grassy meadows, iced pineapple, cinnamon, coconut, lavender vanilla, limonata, mint mojito, piña colada, morning java, summer citrus, stormy seas (Myrtle Beach edition), Biloxi rain, bonfire on the beach, Carolina dunes, Pacific breeze, tropical teakwood, honeysuckle jasmine, lilac, rose garden, sandalwood, and many more unique scents. Shining Sol has artisan collections and even officially licensed candles for pop star Debbie Gibson and rock bands Warrant and Twisted Sister.
