Murrells Inlet 2020

Murrells Inlet 2020 is a nonprofit working to keep Murrells Inlet the kind of place people actually want to come back to, with a focus on environmental conservation, infrastructure, economic development, and community involvement. The inlet itself sits about 10 miles south of Myrtle Beach and has long been a draw for fishermen, naturalists, and anyone who just wants to slow down and enjoy the scenery of a genuine coastal fishing village. Throughout the year, Murrells Inlet 2020 hosts community events including a 5K, golf tournament, oyster roast, seasonal cleanups, and a Christmas parade and tree lighting.
