Melt

Melt is a locally owned and operated restaurant located in Celebrity Circle at Broadway at the Beach. They offer wood-fired pizzas, artisan grilled sandwiches, and specialty drinks.

Start your meal at Melt with their Bacon and Onion Dip, made with caramelized onions, cream cheese, and bacon and served with Naan Tandoori. Or nosh on some sticky ribs, pork belly cracklings, wings or a sampler.

Then, grab a salad or a bowl of french onion soup before your entree.

The Melt menu is full of innovative pizzas. The Greek Goddess is a specialty pizza with olive oil, basil, pesto, roasted red peppers, mozzarella, and ricotta. If you’re looking for something spicier, try the specialty pizza called The Shelby. The Shelby has the house red sauce, mozzarella cheese, pimento cheese, cajun bacon, jalapeno, and roasted red peppers. The Baked Potato Pie is topped  with white sauce, olive oil, roasted red skin potato, caramelized onion, bacon, cheddar/ jack cheese, green onion, sour cream.

The namesake Melts are also a popular choice and come with a choice of asian slaw or fries. Try the OG, a vegetarian sandwich with Havarti, mozzarella, basil, pesto, and roasted red peppers. The Slitti Melt is another classic. A Slitti family recipe, this sandwich has pimento cheese, bacon, and fried green tomatoes. Other Melt options include Mac & Cheese, Sausage & Peppers, Reuben, Fried Fish, and the Patty topped with caramelized onions, American cheese and house-made pickles.
