Gordo’s Tacos & Tequila

Gordo’s is known for delicious classic and gourmet tacos, a variety of specialty margaritas, more than 75 varieties of tequila and mezcal, and great family value. Gordo’s has a kinetic artistic energy with Latin music and vibrant folk art.

Gordo’s Food

Tacos are at the heart of Gordo’s menu, and they are served on a choice of hand-made soft corn, soft flour or crunchy corn tortillas. Guests are served three tacos per order, which range in price from $7-$12. Smashed Black Beans and Yellow Rice can be added for $3. Taco choices include: Pork – Marinated pork, roasted pineapple, onion, cotija cheese Spicy Pork – Spicy roasted pork, pickled onions, pico de gallo Grilled Chicken – Grilled chicken, cheese and pico de gallo Hawaiian Chicken – Marinated chicken, roasted pineapple, onion, cotija cheese Classic Beef – Seasoned ground beef, lettuce, tomato and Cheddar cheese Steak – Grilled marinated steak, onion, cilantro, cotija cheese Beef Short Rib – Slow-roasted short rib, queso fresco, salsa Duck – Duck confit, pickled red onion, cotija cheese Tuna – Seared tuna, pickled cucumber, carrot, avocado, sweet chili Grouper – Dos Equis beer-battered grouper, chipotle aioli, avocado Shrimp – Seared local shrimp, avocado, pico de gallo, pickled cucumber, carrot Mushroom – Seasonal mushrooms, cheese, cilantro Vegan – Quinoa, garbanzos Veggie – Roasted fingerling potatoes, roasted poblano, cheese and pico de gallo More entree choices include Chicken, Shrimp or Steak Fajitas; Burritos and Burrito Bowls; Chicken, Steak, Shrimp or Mushroom Quesadillas made with luxuriously creamy Chihuahua cheese; and Nachos loaded with lettuce, tomato, jalapeños, Cheddar and sour cream, and a choice of ground beef, chicken or seasonal vegetables. Side dishes feature Gordo’s fresh Guacamole that is prepared table-side to guests’ preferences for only $5! Other side dish favorites include Chipotle Barbecue and Buffalo Wings; and White Cheese Dip with tortilla chips. For dessert there are Churros served with Caramel Sauce, Chocolate Ice Cream Tacos, and Hand-crafted creamy Popsicles. Children ages 8 and younger have several choices: Corn Dog with Fries ($5), Cheese Quesadilla with Fries ($3.50), Chicken Nugget Taco with Fries ($5), Side of Fries ($2), Side of Chicken Nuggets ($3); or a Side Salad ($3).

If you enjoy tequila, you’ll love the choices at Gordo’s! Dozens of varieties of tequilas and mezcals are offered in shot flights, and they’re used to make our specialty margaritas such as Lemonade, Berry Ginger, Strawberry, Berries ’n’ Cream, the Spicy Margarita with chili powder, a Mojito Margarita and the Tropical Margarita with fresh juices. Margaritas are available by the glass or the pitcher. There’s also a Mexican Burro where guests pick a tequila that’s mixed with lime juice and ginger beer and served in a copper mug. Many specialty cocktails made with rums, vodkas and more are also crafted at Gordo’s, like the Orange Dreamsicle containing orange slices, honey, Damrack Gin and Cointreau. Gordo’s also offers wines, and draft and bottled beers.
