DinoLand Cafe opens in Myrtle Beach

A new dinosaur-themed restaurant opened Monday in Myrtle Beach.

The full-service restaurant features large animatronic dinosaurs, a lava mountain, and a flying dragon bar. Families are welcome at the interactive dining attraction located at 1012 S. Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach.

The restaurant’s Facebook page has been a source of updates for diners and dino enthusiasts anxiously awaiting opening day. A post Friday announced that the restaurant was finally ready to open their doors.

“We had a clear vision about opening something new and completely different on the field of Myrtle Beach, and that vision came true. We promise you a unique experience and delicious food,” the post said.

DinoLand’s menu includes an eclectic mix of meat, seafood and salad, including steaks, burgers, and ribs. The 2-pound Caveman’s Steak is the priciest item at $54.99. Most dinners, including Chicken Fettucini Alfredo, the Tyranno Burger, and Fried Chicken, are around $20.
