If you’re new to this game, here’s how it works – everyone gets a small coaster with green on one side and red on the other. Just like traffic lights, green means go (keep the meat coming), and red means you’ve had enough for the moment. It’s the type of place that you skip lunch for so can get the most out of the all-you-can-eat experience.

Guests have the option of starting with the salad bar (cold salads, veggies, shrimp), but it’s important to remember that the more you eat before the main event, the less room you’ll have for the endless amount of meats that the Gauchos are ready to shave right onto your plate.
Speaking of meats, the selection includes Lamb Chops, Beef Tenderloin (with or without bacon), Pork Ribs, Chicken Breast, Top Sirloin, Bottom Sirloin, Chicken Leg, and House Special Picanha, which is the most prized cut of beef in Brazilian cuisine.
And while you’re sampling some or all of the proteins, try to save some room for a traditional Brazilian dessert or two.

As a smaller restaurant, guests here will have the opportunity to meet and socialize with the owner, who is said to be one of the friendliest proprietors in town. And while the seating area is more intimate than the ones at larger steakhouses, the décor is a faithful re-creation of an authentic Brazilian Churrascaria.
