About Bolton’s Blue Water Café

Located in the Blue Water Resort, Bolton’s Blue Water Café is one of the only resort restaurants open to the public. Opened in June 2015, Bolton’s Blue Water Café is owned and operated by the Nationally Accredited James Bolton. Before becoming a restauranteur, Bolton had a decorated career as a police officer, paramedic, and firefighter. His career took him many places—he traveled extensively throughout the United States and, during his travels, he realized his great love for food. Everywhere Bolton went he picked up recipes and added them to his own cooking repertoire. In addition to understanding delicious meals, Bolton also understands that many of us are on a budget. Because of his love for food and his duty to the public, Bolton’s Blue Water Café offers tasty, hearty meals at a fair and honest price.

Bolton’s Blue Water Café’s Food

This awesome new restaurant is open daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. for breakfast and lunch, and on Fridays from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. for dinner, so if you are driving through Myrtle Beach and start craving delectable food, then be sure to stop by!  Enjoy a “Country Style Home Cooked” breakfast with selections such as homemade biscuits and sausage gravy, pan cooked eggs, award winning omelets, sizzling bacon, sausage, home fries, and much, much more.
