Bistro 90

Bistro 90 may sound fancy—and look fancy—but this restaurant prides itself on being a local favorite. It may seem that restaurants that are located off-the-beaten-path may not be quite successful, but Bistro 90 proves that theory wrong. Located on Highway 90 in Longs, Bistro 90 has become a favorite for locals as well as visitors to the Grand Strand who don’t mind a short drive from North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach.
Since owner and operator Roland Sciotto brought decades of restaurant experience and old family Italian recipes with him to Bistro 90, many people claim that it is an Italian restaurant. Others say it is simply and American restaurant that serves great food. Either way, the Bistro 90 family welcomes all to try their Italian and American dishes.

Bistro 90 Food

Bistro 90 is open for lunch and dinner, and provides a different menu for each. The lunch menu consists of starters, salads, sandwiches, and entrees. For an appetizer, choose from antipasto, fried calamari, mussels, fried green tomatoes, blackened filet tips, baked shrimp, and stuffed banana peppers.
The salad options include mozzarella caprese, chophouse spinach salad, greek salad, wedge salad, and Caesar salad.
If you’re a little hungrier, try a sandwish or entrée. Choose from sandwiches such as the Bistro Club, New York Italian combo, veggie wrap, the Cubano, chicken cordon bleu, and more. Entrees include penne ala vodka, veal parmigiana with linguini, and many other Italian-American dishes.
The dinner menu is essentially the same, save some additions to the entrée category. Dinner entrees include rigatoni Sorrentino, veal and chicken francese, veal and chicken marsala, Alaskan Coho salmon filet, zuppa de pesce, stuffed center Chilean seabass, stuffed veal chop, Maple Leaf Farms-Long Island duck breast, and much more!

Bistro 90 Atmosphere

Though Bistro 90 looks very fancy with rich burgundy and gold décor, Italian landscape paintings, and dark woods, the owner stresses that the restaurant can be as upscale or as casual as you’d like. The staff provides and open and friendly atmosphere and Bistro 90 has even been nominated on several occasions as the most romantic restaurant in the area.
