Waterway Palms Plantation is a luxurious community located in the Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach.

Located off of River Oaks Drive, residents of Waterway Palms Plantation have easy access to Highway 501, Carolina Forest Boulevard, and Highway 31, which allows travel to all of the rest of the Grand Strand.

The Carolina Forest area is home to dining, shopping, doctors’ offices, a post office, award-winning schools, and more. Plus, it is just a short drive away from the beach. Carolina Forest is a very desirable and popular area that boasts virtually everything you need.

Waterway Palms is a gated community that is home to Charleston-style colorful row homes with 2 or 3 stories, courtyards, balconies, and more, as well as Low Country style homes which are 1 or 2 stories and wider than the Charleston homes.
