The Lakes

The Lakes is a neighborhood consisting of single-family homes in Surfside Beach.

Located off of Glens Bay Road and Highway 17 Bypass, residents of The Lakes have easy access to all parts of the Grand Strand including Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, and Georgetown.

This neighborhood has homes constructed by a variety of builders, but the last phase of building will be done by DR Horton with their most famous floor plans. Homes in this neighborhood range from 1,200 square feet all the way up to a whopping 5,000 square feet. Home upgrades include chef’s kitchens, fireplaces, granite countertops, and more.

Residents at The Lakes get to take advantage of neighborhood amenities like the community clubhouse and resort style pool area. There is a low HOA fee under $50 a month.

The 3 & 4-bedroom custom homes at The Lakes range in price from the low $200K’s to around $450K.
