The Bluffs on the Waterway is an exclusive, gated, custom home community in Carolina Forest. The neighborhood contains 100 homes and homesites and sits on the Intracoastal Waterway.

The Bluffs on the Waterway is located off of River Oaks Drive and is minutes away from Highway 31, giving residents easy access to all of the areas on the Grand Strand. Within 10 minutes you can be at any shopping center, restaurant, golf course or the beach! It is also close to the Myrtle Beach Airport and Coastal Grand Mall.

Homeowners in The Bluffs enjoy a large pool, 2 clubhouses, a private boat launch, boat storage, tennis courts, a children’s play area and public waterway access. The neighborhood is filled with beautiful large lakes with fountains and sidewalks for walking. It is also located in a great school district.
