The Battery on the Waterway

The Battery on the Waterway is a Carolina Forest-area community that is located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Myrtle Beach.

The community has 99 lots, and all the homes here either share a waterway view or are on the waterfront. Every four waterfront homes share a 4-slip boat dock. The neighborhood also features a lake that is great for fishing, kayaking, and enjoying nature. There is also a trail that is perfect for biking and walking.

While each house is different, many of the waterfront homes are 3-story mansions featuring lavish amenities like home theater rooms, private pools, elevators, and more. 

The Battery on the Waterway is located off of Robert Grissom Pkwy and Carolina Bays Pkwy in the Carolina Forest area. The area boasts a variety of dining, grocery stores, award-winning schools, shopping, and medical offices. The beach is also just around the corner.
