Summerlyn is a new community in Carolina Forest and is sure to become a favorite in the area.

Carolina Forest is becoming one of the most desired places to live on the Grand Strand due to its abundance of shops, schools, sports facilites, business offices and restaurants. 

Summerlyn is located halfway between Highway 501 and River Oaks Drive off Carolina Forest Boulevard, giving it an ideal location in Carolina Forest. It is minutes away from Highway 17, Highway 31, and Highway 501, giving residents easy access to all parts of the Grand Strand including North Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet. 

Summerlyn is located directly across the street from the new Carolina Forest Public Library, the Horry County Recreation Center and Palmetto Adventure Land Playground.
