Ingram Beach

Ingram Beach is a desirable beach community located in the North Myrtle Beach area.

Located off of Highway 17, residents of Ingram Beach have a great way to access all the things the surrounding North Myrtle Beach has to offer. Nearby residents will find fishing, watersports, boating, the Little River Waterfront, Cherry Grove Pier, Barefoot Landing, the Alabama Theater, House of Blues, North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex, and much more.

The Ingram Beach homes are situated around the 9th Avenue South to 15th Avenue South area and a majority of the homes are about 1-2 blocks from the ocean. Ingram Beach boasts a wide variety of new and older home types including traditional houses, ranch style homes, raised beach homes, modern homes, and patio style houses. These homes range from 2-5 bedrooms at about 1,000 – 3,500 heated square feet.

The homes at Ingram Beach range in price from the 200’s to the 400’s, while some bigger and more luxurious homes are much pricier than that.
