Blackmoor

Blackmoor is a desirable golf community located in the Murrells Inlet area, about 30 minutes south of Myrtle Beach.

Located off of Highway 707 and Highway 17 Bypass, those living in Blackmoor have easy access to the entire Grand Strand via these routes. Easily access Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Surfside, Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, and Georgetown by taking Highway 17 and access Socastee via Highway 707.

The Murrells Inlet area has everything residents could need – grocery stores, malls, boutique shops, award-winning restaurants, live music, watersports, fishing, hospitals, schools, and more. Just around the corner from Blackmoor residents can visit places like the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, Pawleys Island Hammock Shops, Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, and Garden City.

The homes at Blackmoor range in sizes and layouts due to Centex Homes and custom builders construction houses in this community. Most homes here range from 1,600 to 4,000 square feet with golf course and lake views. Amenities here include Blackmoore golf course, a clubhouse, and a swimming pool.
