Avian Forest

The Avian Forest condos are located within the Litchfield by the Sea community, providing a desirable location for residents and vacation rentals.

The first phase of these luxury condos were first built in 2004 with 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms; a total of 2,050 square feet of space! More condos were added in 2016 with different layouts, some of which are 1,850 square feet. Units feature upgrades like luxury appliances, vaulted ceilings, crown molding, and more. Each condo also comes with a screened porch, a separate owner’s storage, and a detached garage.

Residents of the Avian Forest community also have access to a private pool as well as tennis courts and other facilities in Litchfield by the Sea.
