Ashley Meadows is a Surfside Beach neighborhood within the Deerfield Plantation community. The single-family homes here are popular among permanent residents as well as those looking to purchase a rental property.

There are three entrances into the Deerfield Plantation area that provide access to Highway 544, US 17 Bypass, and US 17 Business. These major highways allow residents to access all of the best entertainment, dining, and beaches that the Grand Strand has to offer.
