Allston River Bluffs is an upscale gated community located in the Pawleys Island area.

Residents of Allston River Bluffs have easy access to the Waccamaw River, and the Atlantic Ocean is just a few miles away. The neighborhood is located right off of Highway 17 business, which provides a direct route to Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, and Georgetown. The highway is home to tons of shopping, dining, grocery stores, doctor’s offices, and much more.

The neighborhood is home to a deep water boat slip as well as a nice clubhouse area, and many homes even have their own private docks leading up to the river. The homes feature a variety of luxury upgrades as well as expansive floor plans ranging from 3,000 – 6,000 heated square feet.

Many of the homes in Allston River Bluffs have been listed at prices around $600k – $1 million, but have been selling for lower prices in recent years.
