Abaco Cove

Abaco Cove is a small natural gas community located near Prince Creek in Murrells Inlet, SC.

This desirable neighborhood is situated less than a mile from the WaccaWachee Marina, near the Waccamaw River and the Murrells Inlet public boat landing. Other great attractions nearby include golf courses, the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, Brookgreen Gardens, and Huntington Beach State Park.

Abaco Cove is located just a short drive away from Highway 17 Bypass, which is a major highway that runs through the entire Grand Strand, providing residents with easy access to Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island, North Myrtle Beach, and Georgetown. Those living in Abaco Cove will be located near tons of restaurants, stores, hospitals, gas stations, and much more.

This small neighborhood is home to only 30 homes, all of which were built by the Beverly Group. The neighborhood features single-story ranch homes as well as raised beach houses. Residents will enjoy beautiful tropical landscapes, common areas, and several lakes throughout the area. 

The homes come in 3-, 4-, and 5- bedroom designs and range from $250K to $400K. Many have electric garage doors, expansive porches, and Hard-Plank siding.
