Susan Baldwin

Susan Baldwin is a third generation native to Georgetown County, making her an expert in the area as well as someone with rich relationships with people in the lowcountry area. Her career in sales and marketing began with the Georgetown Times, which helped her learn about our area’s market. She later began working as the Director or Marketing at DeBordieu Colony Real Estate and Rentals, where she grew into the role of Rental Manager. Her experience as Rental Manager and her time at Peace Sotheby’s has allowed Susan to understand the level of customer service required for buyers and sellers of luxury properties along the Grand Strand.
