As the Grand Strand’s only 5-star comedy club, Comedy Cabana has been bringing in top national comedic talents since the mid-90’s, making it something of an elder statesman among area laugh clubs. Over the years, the Cabana has hosted comedians such as Lewis Black, Bob Nelson, Josh Blue, Tim Wilson, and so many more comedians from Comedy Central, Showtime, HBO, and other shows and networks. And with three new comedians scheduled every week, the list just keeps growing.
With performances from Tuesday through Saturday each week, this club on Myrtle Beach’s north end (just north of Carolina Opry and Pirates Voyage) makes a great date night, mid-week “pick me up,” or group outing. Tickets for all shows are $15 (unless otherwise noted) and a two-item minimum is required (alcohol, soft drinks, and food items count).
The menu options here include starters like chips and salsa, hummus, or queso, as well as spring rolls, quesadillas, and pretzels. Several salads are also available, as is a list of 12-inch deli-style pizzas that can be topped with your choice of meats and veggies, or come as a one of their specialties, like the Hawaiian or the BBQ Chicken Pizza. Burgers, chicken sandwiches, and deli wraps are served with chips and a pickle, and the dessert list includes standards like cheesecake, tiramisu, and key lime pie.
Also, advanced reservations are highly recommended since most shows fill up fast.
Favorite night out from start to finish. Great food, great drinks, great service and the best comics on the east coast. We go to a comedy club every chance we get and Comedy Cabana is by far our favorite. We look forward to our next visit.
My husband and I are locals and frequent visitors of Comedy Cabana. The club has been there for over 20 years so you know management knows what they are doing! Comics change weekly and we've seen so many great ones. The staff never disappoints nor do the drinks or food.
I went to Comedy Cabana last week with some friends and had the time of my life. We saw 4 comedians and laughed the entire night. We came early and had a few drinks, loaded nachos and a fantastic pizza in the bar. I was surprised how good the pizza was, it must have been homemade. Not only was the food good the drinks were good too. The frozen dream was my favorite. Then we went into the show room for a night of fun. Our server was very pleasant and gave fast service, especially for such a large crowd. I cant wait to return.
